RULES
1. This electronic ticket entitles its holder to attend the Event.
2. Copying this electronic ticket or transferring copies thereof to third parties is prohibited. The unique identifier (barcode) displayed on the electronic ticket guarantees the right to attend the Event once. Presentation by a third party of an electronic ticket bearing the same identifier will invalidate the holder’s right to attend the Event.
3. In the event of difficulties scanning the identifier (barcode), including due to physical damage to the electronic ticket or technical malfunctions, the holder must contact a representative of the Organizer or a member of the access control staff to verify the ticket and resolve the issue of admission to the Event. If the holder leaves the access control area without authorization after an unsuccessful attempt to scan the identifier, the electronic ticket may be declared invalid.
4. Electronic ticket checks and admission to the Event venue are carried out in accordance with the rules established by the Organizer and/or the venue administration. Presentation of an identity document is not a mandatory condition for admission to the Event. However, if there are doubts regarding the lawful use of a ticket, the Organizer’s representative may request that the holder present an identity document.
5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise provided by applicable law and/or the seller’s offer terms. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the procedure and conditions for refunds shall be determined in accordance with applicable law, the seller’s offer terms and official announcements issued by the Organizer and/or seller. The procedure for refunding service and other fees is determined by the seller’s offer terms and applicable law.

7. Loud sound and intense lighting in the auditorium may cause temporary discomfort or adversely affect hearing and/or vision. Visitors are advised to take this into account while attending the Event.
8. Tickets for the Event should be purchased exclusively from official points of sale designated by the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse admission to the Event if it is established that a counterfeit ticket, a ticket with an invalid or previously used identifier, or a ticket purchased from an unauthorized point of sale is being used and its validity cannot be confirmed.
9. Representatives of the Organizer and/or the venue administration have the right to refuse admission to persons who violate the rules of conduct and safety, are in a condition that may pose a threat to other visitors, staff or property, possess prohibited items or substances, or otherwise pose a threat to safety or the proper conduct of the Event. Where refusal of admission is caused by the Organizer or by a technical/organizational error, the issue of a ticket refund shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the seller’s offer terms.
10. Children aged 3 and over may attend the Event without a separate seat, sitting on the lap of a parent or accompanying adult. From the age of 6, a separate ticket must be purchased for the child. Please note that loud sound and lighting effects may be uncomfortable for children. Children attend the Event at the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
11. THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED AT THE EVENT VENUE:
- smoking, except in designated smoking areas where provided by the venue administration;
- bringing pets onto the premises, except where permitted by law;
- bringing explosives, flammable, toxic or other hazardous substances;
- bringing sharp objects, bladed weapons, firearms or ammunition;
- bringing narcotic, psychotropic or other substances prohibited by law;
- bringing food and beverages unless otherwise permitted by the venue rules;
- using laser pointers or other devices that may interfere with the Event or pose a danger to other visitors;
- bringing professional photo, audio or video equipment, as well as selfie sticks, GoPro sticks and other devices whose use may interfere with the Event.
Prohibited items and substances may be confiscated by security personnel in accordance with the applicable rules and legislation. The Organizer and/or venue administration reserve the right to conduct a visual inspection of visitors’ belongings and, where permitted and in accordance with applicable law, a personal search for security purposes.
Attention! Professional photography and video recording by visitors at the Event are prohibited.
12. The Organizer and/or venue administration may take photographs, videos and other recordings during the Event. By attending the Event, visitors acknowledge that their image may appear in such recordings and may subsequently be used by the Organizer and/or venue administration in informational, advertising and marketing materials in accordance with the applicable law of the country where the Event takes place.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the programme, lineup, start time and other organizational details of the Event, provided that such changes do not violate the applicable laws of the country where the Event takes place or the terms and conditions of the purchased Ticket. Ticket prices may be changed for future sales and such changes will not affect the price of Tickets already purchased.
